Great read for teens. The story is highly engaging and will keep the reader guessing and constantly wondering all the way to the end...Something different and fun to read.
If you loved Michael Grant's "Gone", then "Dome of Dreams" is for you. This story of loss and mystery led me on a quest with a 13 year old girl and her companions where two related worlds had become radically altered by man's shortsightedness. In a way relevant to the world that we live in today, who is to say that events that are now taking place couldn't lead to a similarly mystical alter-existense? This novel makes you think and leaves you wondering. Mr. Braykovich succeeds in captivating and holding onto the reader by gradually revealing pieces of the puzzle using the unique device of distinct but related plots.
Dome of Dreams was a fun read. I liked the story line between Willow and Aurora. It kept my interest and was an easy read. I was eager to learn what happened to each girl. Recommend for young readers who like the magic of books like Harry Potter or the excitement of the Hunger Games. Looking forward to next chapter.
